Adjusted Swedish,1hour
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility. I include a variety of assisted stretches and address individual needs of each client.

Reflexology,1/2hour
Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.
Chair Massage,15minute
Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.
IMPORTANT-BEFORE YOU SCHEDULE
If you have chronic health issues, Cancer, COPD, are currently under a Doctor's care, or have recently suffered a traumatic fall, injury, surgery, or accident, A DOCTOR'S NOTE MAY BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO RECEIVING MASSAGE THERAPY SERVICES.
**CANCELATION/RESCHEDULE/NO-SHOW POLICY**
 -A $15 fee will be charged upon your next visit if cancelations and reschedules are not made AT LEAST 2HOURS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME.  For no-shows with no call, a fee EQUAL TO HALF the scheduled amount will be charged to your account and will need to be paid upon your next scheduled visit ( i.e, $75 scheduled,missed appt fee=$37. $45 scheduled,missed appt fee=$22 )
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are always available, and can be purchased in the amount that you choose. Gift certificates are wonderful for birthdays, anniversaries, christmas, mothers day, graduation, or any other reason in between. Gift certificates will expire 3 months from date of purchase.
CONTRACT SERVICES
Employee support services for larger companies, small businesses. Wellness fairs, employee/staff appreciation days, wedding parties, and more. Chair massage or table massage available, foot massage/scrubs/paraffin treatments, hand massage/paraffin treatments, employee treatment plans/records management to address common work related muscular issues and help to decrease workers comp claims
